In some cases the data analyses does not turn out as expected. Because the data was only analyzed with the data from the current trial, the analysis did not pick up the same trends that were seen when the results were combined with previous studies. In this case, a fresh perspective is needed.

Work Overload:

This happens to everyone. Timelines get accelerated,  resources aren't available and same amount and quality of work is expected of the study team. Sometimes, it just takes additional help to meet the timelines.

Poor Performance:

Despite the best of relationships, vendor performance can decline, project turnover increases and the new project team just doesn’t understand. It may be time for a new vendor.
