Electronic Data Capture

Averion has significant expertise in handling Electronic Data Capture (EDC) trials, an approach to clinical trial management that is ever increasing across the industry. We have screened over 30 EDC platforms (as well as other technologies) and we continue to monitor updates and developments on an ongoing basis.  Averion has conducted trials with several EDC vendors and established firm relationships with even more. While Averion has its own qualification process and its own list of preferred vendors to advise clients where necessary, we will work with any EDC platform that our client  chooses. In addition, Averion provides a comprehensive vendor management strategy to enhance the performance and quality of all third-party system integrations.

Averion is equally comfortable working with EDC and paper-based trials and will help clients evaluate when a trials is best done in EDC, paper or a hybrid data capture model.
